Question: Who is my Security Officer / Guard ?
Dependant on the services required and agreed upon, your security guard will be carefully screened and best suited to render the type of security you require.
Always get to know your site security officer. You are encouraged to be firm, and respectful to your site security officer at all times. Never be overly friendly, as our officers are trained to be diligent, and have set taskes to complete whilst on duty. Our officers are trained to asisst in your security well-being.
You are most welcome to ensure that your security officer understands the exact nature of your security concerns, and also what you expect from him / her in terms of the security instruction issued to our company. Our supervisors will aslo be availbale to ensure that the optimal levels of professionalism is maintanined at all times.

Whether you need a weekend security service to secure your property whilst you are away; or and overnight guarding service to secure your property in an emergency, all you have to do is contact us, and we will assist immediately.
Question: I'll be arriving home late. Can NATIONAL SECURITY ensure that my home is safe before I enter?
Sure we can ! An increasing number of attacks are taking place as owners approach and enter their homes, especially late at night. We offer a "follow me home service". Dependeant on where you are, our trained security professionals will ensure that your yard is secure, and that you are safely inside before leaving. Fees are applicable.
I need security for just a few hours. Can NATIONAL SECURITY help?
Whether its a business meeting, or a family function, NATIONAL SECURITY will be able to keep you and your loved ones safe.
I need a bodyguard. Can NATIONAL SECURITY help me?
We offer close contact security for you, or any member of your family. Close contact security is becoming more common, especially if you are concerned for the well-being of yourself, or family. Our close contact security officers are well-trained, and will accompany the principal as requested, whether it be a short outing, or a business meeting.
I need an something investigated privately. What do i do?
NATIONAL SECURITY offers confidential investigations into all, and any issues that may be of concern to you. All investigations are handled with the utmost care by our operatives who know and understand the workings of the SAPS (South African Police Services), and the South African legal system. We have attorneys on call that can assist at a moments notice.
